Primary Care Rehabilitation, LLC is owned and operated by Dr. Stephen Brock, PT, DPT, CSCS. Dr. Brock is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Throughout his life, Dr. Brock has championed a passion for health, wellness and fitness. Graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, he earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida in 2018. Dr. Brock then completed an orthopedic physical therapy residency through the James A Haley VA hospital in which he received specialized training in complex orthopedic cases, chronic pain, tactical athletic performance, and vestibular rehabilitation. Subsequently, Dr. Brock served as a performance physical therapist at MacDill Air Force base for the JCSE squadron. He then returned to the VA hospital where he currently specializes in primary care physical therapy in the Emergency Department. Dr. Brock has also worked as a Strength and Conditioning specialist in multiple settings, including Orangetheory Fitness where he coached at multiple studios and served on the corporate workout design team.
His free time is happily consumed by his family, soccer, guitar, and enjoying all things the city of Tampa has to offer. He married his high school sweetheart and is blessed with two beautiful children. Dr. Brock played soccer competitively as a youth, in high school, and in college, culminating in playing for the professional indoor soccer team the Tampa Bay Strikers. He also plays guitar and bass, serving on his church’s worship team.
